We are excited to launch a trial of an Online Parent Support service. This is a free service for parents or carers of children 0-18 years who live in New South Wales. The trial will run from April to July 2012. Depending the results of the evaluation, the service may continue beyond the trial period.
To participate in the trial, please read our Important Information page before submitting a request for support using our online form. Parents can send a request for support at any time, but our operating hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 working days for a response.
