You can fill in the survey anonymously, without entering the competition. However if you choose to enter the competition we will need some contact details from you. Personal information will not be used for any purpose except to contact the winner.
Only NSW residents are eligible to enter the competition. Employees of CatholicCare Sydney are not eligible to enter.
The survey is open during the month of July 2010. The winner of the competition will be contacted by telephone or email during the first week of August, and a notice will be posted on the website when the draw has been completed.
