At Parent Line we take pride in providing a professional service to families across NSW. Where possible we like to support other family workers in their work with families.
Our team are highly experienced, professional counsellors with many years of family work experience. Our counsellors are well versed in a range of parenting strategies like 1,2,3 Magic and Triple P. We can talk through strategies that have been implemented by a caseworker or counsellor and assist the client in working through their situation.
Counsellors and caseworkers can use Parent Line as a support service for their clients during out of hours times, when clients are on waiting lists and during times when they are short staffed or busy. We often work with high needs clients who need a comprehensive support system to keep them going.
We are available 24 hours a day. Clients can call us when the situation is occurring for support and assistance.

APRIL 2010 - Old Number Being Phased Out
Parent Line will be phasing out our old number 13 20 55 over the next 6 months. From the end of April 2010, callers who use this number will no longer be able to get through to our counsellors. Calls to 13 20 55 will receive a recorded message advising them that the number is no longer active and providing the correct number to use.
Our correct number is 1300 1300 52. Please use this number to contact Parent Line NSW.
Interstate callers will no longer be able to access Parent Line NSW on the new number. For services and professionals outside NSW, please contact us by email here. We can provide a direct administration number to key contacts in our interstate networks.
