We currently have counsellors on our team who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and Portugese.
Callers who speak other languages can arrange to speak to our counsellors using an interpreter, by calling the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) on 13 14 50. The TIS workers can then call Parent Line on their behalf and translate the conversation.
