This qualification reflects the role of individuals who possess a sound theoretical knowledge abase and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.
Pathway to University
Completion of the Diploma of Business Administration course will give students an alternative pathway to University. St Patrick’s has articulation agreement with the University of New England.
Diploma students will be given guaranteed entry into the Bachelor of Business degree courses at the University of New England.

Entry Requirements
All students wishing to enrol in courses offered at St Patrick’s must have the minimum requirement of the School Certificate (Year 10). Completion of the Higher School Certificate (Year 12) would be an advantage for students entering the Diploma courses.
Dress Code
A corporate dress code is required for full-time students at St Patrick's Institute of Education. This code establishes a minimum standard of dress and is based on employers’ expectations of our graduates. For more information click here.
Austudy
Austudy/Abstudy is available to students who attend St Patrick’s, subject to student eligibility. This allowance may assist students with course costs.
Recognition of Qualifications
The College recognises the AQF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any other Registered Training Organisation. Students will receive exemptions from completing units of competency which they have previously achieved.
